Could a looming housing shortage be in our future?

With record foreclosures and homes underwater the real estate market has been disastorous for homeowners and sellers over the past 5 years, but that may be about to change.

With over 80 million people in the 18-32 group and with the population continuing to grow we could be facing a serious housing problem in the near future. 

Limited supply but more demand.

According to Brian Buffini, a real estate trainer and coach, over 16 million new housing units will be needed over the next 10 years to keep up with demand of the growing population.  Because new home construction has all but come to a stop in most areas Buffini notes" we are in a housing shortage, we just don't realize it."

There are a lot of opportunities in today's market.  One thing is sure is everyone has a basic need-housing.  Whether a person rents or owns the units are still needed.

Welcome to our new website.  

The new Housewise.com was created as a way for investors to connect with motivated sellers that contacted my investment company, needing to sell a property fast.  Due to family issues I was unable to follow up with the needs of my clients and did not want to leave them without options.

 I knew that there were still active investors wanting to buy discounted real estate all over the country and there certainly are plenty of motivated sellers.  Housewise is our way of providing a way for sellers to sell a house fast and investors to buy and locate houses before the foreclosure process.

Our goal is to save time and money for all involved in the process of selling or buying distressed property. By creating HouseWise we want everyone to save on marketing costs and time.
