HouseWise, Inc. has served greater Chicago since the early 1990's. Originally created to offer homeowners a wide variety of services, the company began focusing exclusively on Real Estate Investing in 2004.

HouseWise is owned and managed by Brian and Tracy McCarthy, a husband-and-wife team who understand the realities of life and strive to exceed the expectations of our customers.

We pride ourselves on service and communication with our customers. We believe in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, and within the communities we serve.
